1. Scope of Deletion

Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete the following personal data associated with your account:

• Profile Information: Name and phone number.
• Location Data: Saved addresses and location history.
• Media: Uploaded photos used for scrap verification.
• Activity: Pickup history and active requests.

Note: We may retain specific transaction records (such as completed order receipts) solely for tax and legal compliance purposes. All other personal identifiers will be removed.

2. How to Request Deletion

Since BinBux accounts are linked to your mobile number, we need to verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

Please send an email to binbux.help@gmail.com with the following details:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Body: "I request to delete my BinBux account. My Registered Phone Number is: [Insert Your Phone Number]"

3. Verification Process

To ensure account security, we verify each request via phone call.

• Our support team will call your registered phone number within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your email.
• We will ask for verbal confirmation before deletion is processed.
• If we cannot reach you after 3 attempts, the request will be cancelled for your security.
